Job Title: Finance and Administrative Secretary

Job Summary: The Finance and Administrative Secretary will play a crucial role in ensuring the startup adheres to statutory and regulatory requirements while maintaining high standards of corporate governance. This role involves managing the company’s finance, legal and compliance matters, administrative matters and bookkeeping with documentations ensuring effective communication between the management, and service providers/vendors.
