Role Overview:

Eduport Academy is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finance and Accounting Associate to manage day-to-day financial operations across both campus and online divisions. The role involves vendor and student account management, payment processing, compliance coordination, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have prior experience and hands-on expertise in Zoho Books.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for both campus and online divisions.
• Manage vendor accounts, payments, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and track student invoices, fee records, and receipts.
• Support payroll processing and employee reimbursement cycles.
• Assist in TDS, GST, and statutory compliance activities in coordination with the Finance Manager and external consultants.
• Handle month-end closing, reporting, and documentation for audit readiness.
• Generate reports and analytics using Zoho Books and Excel for management review.
• Ensure timely financial operations and maintain internal financial control procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
• Proficiency in Zoho Books is preferred.
• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other compliance processes.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multi-division financial operations efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,507.17 - ₹21,027.90 per month
