Job Summary
We are seeking a
Finance Analyst Business Unit (Billing Specialist) to
join our Invoice to Cash team. This role focuses on accurate and timely billing operations, including milestone-based billing and request-driven billing for new setups, supporting global customers and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements to join our
Global Bus Svcs ITC -Global Finance Services Division Team.
The preference for this role is to be based out of
Whitefield, Bangalore office
What You Will Do
- Manage milestone billing in line with project deliverables and contractual agreements.
- Handle request-based billing for new customer setups and ensure proper documentation.
- Generate and validate invoices across multiple regions and currencies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Customer Service) to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure smooth onboarding for new setups.
- Maintain accurate billing records and documentation for audits and compliance.
- Prepare billing performance reports and assist with ad hoc reporting and special projects.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and GAAP standards.
What You Will Have
- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: 10–13 years in Billing / Invoice to Cash operations, with exposure to milestone and request-based billing.
