Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure AP, AR, Bank, Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Statements are updated and accurate.
Handle periodic MIS reporting and cash flow management.
Conduct variance analysis and support budget implementation.
Perform vendor reconciliation and manage accounts payable and advances.
Oversee state and federal returns and filings such as Sales & Use Tax, Customs, Payroll, etc.
Ensure timely tax payments and compliance with GST, TDS, E-Invoicing, and E-Way Bill.
Manage online purchase tracking and implement accounting trackers.
Formulate and implement accounting policies and standards.
Maintain accurate daily entries for purchases and expenses.

Must-Have Skills:

Strong understanding of AP, AR, and financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Proficiency in MIS reporting, variance analysis, and budget control.
Experience in tax compliance (GST, TDS, Payroll, etc.) and timely tax payments.
Working knowledge of US GAAP and IND AS.
Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or ERP-based accounting systems.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Experience in payroll deductions and withholdings under the USA payroll system.
Exposure to month-end and year-end provisions and reserve entries.
Knowledge of internal auditing, documentation, and financial ratio analysis.
Experience in preparing financial reports and statements.

Education & Experience:

Minimum
B.Com / CA Inter
from a recognized university.
Minimum
7+ years
of relevant accounting experience.
Hands-on experience with
Zoho Finance Plus applications
preferred.
