Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.

• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP 9.0.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting tasks, invoices, ledgers, and reconciliations.

• Support tax filing, GST, and TDS compliance.

• Maintain accurate financial records and assist in audits.

• Collaborate with finance and operations teams.

General Requirements:

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies or business tools.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and modern collaboration platforms.

Chemical Plant Manager (Chemical or Mechanical Engineering Background)

Qualification:

Chemical Engineering

• Minimum 5–10 years experience in chemical manufacturing, production operations, or plant management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily plant operations ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Lead production planning, resource allocation, equipment maintenance, and process optimization.

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols including ISO, OSHA, and environmental regulations.

• Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, production, and quality teams for smooth plant operation.

• Drive continuous improvement, energy efficiency, and operational excellence initiatives.

General Requirements:

• Proven leadership abilities with strong decision-making and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multi-disciplinary teams.

• Prior experience in handling audits, certifications, and government compliance preferred.
