About the Role

Finance & Administration Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Finance & Compliance

• Prepare and issue customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage India GST compliance, including monthly/quarterly 

  GST return filing

  .
• Handle 

  TDS computation and filing

  , ensuring compliance with statutory timelines.
• Coordinate with external auditors or consultants for financial and tax-related matters.
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation.

Sales Support & Coordination:

• Create and format 

  quotations, proposals, and commercial documents

   for clients.
• Coordinate with the sales team to track leads, follow-ups, and order status.
• Assist in maintaining customer databases, CRM entries, and sales reports.

Office Administration:

• Oversee daily office activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage 

  travel and accommodation arrangements

   for employees and visitors.
• Handle vendor coordination, office supplies procurement, and facility management.
• Support HR with basic administrative tasks when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of 

  GST, TDS, invoicing

  , and basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with accounting or ERP software is a must
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
