🔹 About the Role

Finance & Accounts Lead

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations for Dubai backend office
Ensure compliance with GCC financial regulations and VAT requirements
Maintain and review foreign accounts, reconciliations, and reporting
Supervise and guide junior accountants, providing training and oversight
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and ensure adherence to accounting standards
Coordinate with internal and external auditors for smooth operations
Support management in financial planning, budgeting, and cost control

🔹 Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting/finance roles
Prior exposure to GCC operations and regulatory frameworks
Strong knowledge of foreign accounts and GCC VAT compliance
Proven ability to lead and supervise junior team members
Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and reporting standards
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
