Brillianz Education, a partnering venture of United Group of Initiatives, is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team in Kadavanthara, Ernakulam! This role is crucial for supporting our Dubai operations, focusing on engaging with students and clients. If you have excellent communication skills in English and are passionate about helping students achieve their educational goals, we encourage you to apply! Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries regarding Dubai education programs. Communicate clearly and confidently in English with students and parents. Explain course details, admission requirements, and other services. Maintain accurate call records and follow-ups. Coordinate with our Dubai office for admissions and student support. What we're looking for : Any Degree (graduates from any discipline are eligible). Fluent in English (spoken and written). Good communication and listening skills. Ability to work in a team and handle time-sensitive follow-ups. 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or education is preferred.
