Job Summary:

Pear Media LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance & Accounts Executive to join our growing team in Noida, Sector 6. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Tally, strong bookkeeping skills, and solid knowledge of budget planning, forecasting, and taxation compliance including GST and TDS filings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts using Tally.
• Manage daily accounting transactions, including journal entries, payments, receipts, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Support in budget planning and financial forecasting.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist with audit processes and prepare necessary documentation.
• Ensure full compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Reconcile vendor and client accounts; ensure timely payments and collections.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP (mandatory).
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping, GST, TDS, and other Indian taxation laws.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Good communication and team collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a performance marketing or media agency environment is a plus.
