The primary responsibilities of this role will include serving as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters, building and maintaining strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, and closing agreements to maximize profits. It will also involve developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Additionally, you will need to clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders. Furthermore, you will be expected to develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas. This will involve forecasting and tracking key account metrics such as quarterly sales results and annual forecasts, as well as preparing reports on account status. Collaboration with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory will also be a crucial aspect of this role. Additionally, you may be required to assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed. This is a full-time position with health insurance benefits included.
