We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Accounts Executive to join our team and support the company’s financial management, compliance, and reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and reports.
• Process invoices, payments, expense reimbursements, and vendor settlements.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
• Coordinate with auditors and external consultants during audits and assessments.
• Monitor cash flow and support treasury functions.
• Implement and improve internal controls for financial accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
• Proven experience (1–3 years) in an accounting or finance role (preferably in a corporate environment).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or ERP systems).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently under deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience in payroll processing.
• Knowledge of financial modeling or MIS reporting.

Pay: ₹10,068.46 - ₹28,363.66 per month
