Our team is growing, and we are seeking an experienced Finalisation Accountant to contribute to our continued success and ensure the delivery of high-quality accounting services.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Finalisation Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the UK accounting industry and a strong technical background in managing bookkeeping, VAT, payroll, month-end management accounts, and year-end final accounts. You will work with various clients, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance with UK regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Bookkeeping & Ledger Management: Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring they align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

· Monthly Management Accounts: Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts for clients, providing insights to support decision-making.

· VAT: Ensure timely and accurate VAT returns and submissions, adhering to UK VAT regulations.

· Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations and statutory requirements.

· Year-End Final Accounts Preparation: Assist in preparing year-end accounts, ensuring accuracy and readiness for audit.

· Reporting & Analysis: Generate financial reports and perform analyses to assist management and clients in making informed financial decisions.

· Ad-hoc Accounting Tasks: Assist in various accounting and financial projects as required.

Technical Skills Required:

· Accounting Software: Proficient in QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, Digita, Brightpay.

· Microsoft Office: Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office tools.

· Knowledge of UK Taxation: Deep understanding of UK VAT, payroll processing, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Education: B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, CA, MBA, or ACCA-qualified (part-qualified or fully qualified).

· Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the UK industry.

· Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with deadlines.

· Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
