Role Overview
We are looking for a female candidate with a dynamic and strategic mindset to join our team as a Senior Business Development Executive / Manager. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in international business development with a strong focus on acquiring clients in the US, UK, or Ireland for outsourced accounting services.
This role demands a proactive individual who can independently identify prospects, build relationships, and close deals with clients seeking offshore finance and accounting support.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and acquire new international clients (primarily in the US, UK, and Ireland) for accounting outsourcing services.
· Build a strong pipeline through market research, outbound campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals.
· Conduct detailed discussions with prospects to understand their financial outsourcing needs.
· Present tailored service offerings and customized proposals to potential clients.
· Establish and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure continued business and referrals.
· Coordinate with internal accounting delivery teams for smooth transition and client satisfaction.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and track all BD activities.
· Stay current with trends in the global outsourcing and finance industry.
Qualifications & Skills
· Experience: Minimum 2 years in international business development, with specific experience in outsourcing for accounting/finance functions.
· Markets Focused: Prior experience in US, UK, or Ireland markets is mandatory.
· Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
· Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
· Proven ability to close international deals and maintain client accounts.
· Familiarity with accounting workflows, terminology, and services is required.
· Proficient in using CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io,Excel, and MS Office.
· Highly motivated, organized, and goal-driven.
