About The Role

• We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on finance & compliance leader to join us.
• If you are a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and Company Secretary (CS) with a mix of consulting and B2C startup experience, this could be the next big step in your career.
• You will work directly with senior leadership, managing end-to-end finance, legal, and corporate governance functions, while leading a talented team and representing the client with external partners.
  

Role And Responsibilities

• Lead financial operations: accounting, audits, MIS, budgeting & financial strategy.
• Oversee legal, secretarial, and regulatory compliance (Companies Act, FEMA, etc.).
• Partner with leadership on business planning, risk management & decision-making.
• Handle client relationships and third-party interactions in high-pressure situations.
• Manage and mentor a diverse finance & compliance team.
• Communicate effectively in both Hindi and English across teams and stakeholders.
