Job Title:

Experience:

Finacle Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Provide
L2/L3 production support
for Finacle applications within the
ITIL framework
Troubleshoot application issues, perform configuration changes, and ensure system stability
Handle
incident management, problem management, and change management
Monitor application performance and perform tuning and optimization activities
Ensure timely resolution of tickets with high quality and within defined SLAs
Perform
proactive monitoring
and root cause analysis of incidents
Manage
workflow maintenance and configuration
Support complete
Loan module lifecycle
and related banking processes
Work with additional modules such as
CASA, EOD/BOD, Interfaces
, etc.
Participate in scheduled
deployments and weekend support activities
Handle
critical production issues
and provide 24x7 on-call support
Coordinate with command center and stakeholders during major incidents

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years
of experience in Banking IT support roles
Strong hands-on experience with
Finacle Application (10.x or higher)
Expertise in
Application Production Support
Good knowledge of
Loan Module
and banking operations
Working knowledge of
CASA, Interfaces, EOD/BOD
Proficiency in
Unix/Linux, Windows
Strong knowledge of
Oracle SQL & PL/SQL
Experience in
Application performance tuning and optimization
Ability to work under pressure and handle critical production environments
Willingness to work extended hours and provide weekend support as required

Preferred Skills

ITIL certification
Experience in banking domain operations
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
