Job Title: Finacle L3 Support Delivery Lead Location: Chennai Experience: 7+ Years (Minimum 5 years in Finacle/Core Banking Support) Qualification: Graduate in Science or Commerce Preferably BE/B.Tech/MCA/MBA Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead L3 support for Finacle Core Banking Solution (CBS) version 10.x. The ideal candidate will possess deep domain expertise in the banking IT sector and have prior experience handling EOD/BOD operations, troubleshooting production issues, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring continuous application availability. Key Responsibilities: Finacle Application Support (Version 10.2.x): Provide L3 support for the following modules: Branch Operations CASA, TD, Loans, Trade Finance, Lockers Alternate Delivery Channels: SWIFT, Clearing, Utility Payments, Financial Inclusion Analyze and resolve product fatal errors and review application logs Monitor application services and ensure service availability Coordinate with internal/external service providers for issue resolution Log, track, escalate, and regularly update support tickets using Service Management tools Conduct primary testing and assist in UAT for vendor fixes Perform application maintenance as per predefined checklist Follow change management process and raise CMAs for production deployment Conduct DC-DR drills as per schedule Maintain and circulate MoMs for all meetings with stakeholders Project and Delivery Leadership: Act as Delivery Lead for Finacle-related projects Ensure end-to-end issue tracking, resolution, and SLA compliance Facilitate collaboration between bank teams and vendors Lead discussions during vendor calls and client meetings Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Finacle 10.x Strong understanding of Core Banking operations and business logic Proficient in EOD/BOD operations, production support, and Finacle menu navigation Experienced in service management and ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy) Excellent troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident management skills Strong communication, coordination, and documentation abilities Certifications (Mandatory - Any One): ITIL4 Professional PRINCE2 PMP Preferred Attributes: Prior experience in managing large-scale Finacle implementations/support Exposure to UAT coordination and vendor management Strong understanding of banking compliance and regulatory environments #FinacleSupport #Finacle10x #CoreBanking #BankingIT #FinacleL3 #ApplicationSupport #EODBOD #FinacleJobs #ServiceManagement #IncidentManagement #ITIL4 #PRINCE2 #PMP #BankingSolutions #DeliveryLead #BankingTechnology #UATSupport #DCDR #BankingOperations #CBSJobs #TechInBanking #ITSupport #JobOpportunity #HiringNow Show more Show less
