Finacle Support Engineer

Hi All,

We have an urgent opening for the role of CBS Support - Finacle for one of our leading Investment Banking domain in Noida location.

Experience : 2-3 years

Location : Noida.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide

  Level 2 support

  for the Core Banking System - Finacle
• Investigate and resolve incidents escalated from Level 1 within defined SLAs.
  
• Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with

  L3/vendor teams

  for complex issues.
• Monitor and support

  EOD/EOM/EOY

  batch operations and resolve related errors.
• Execute

  data corrections, parameter configurations, and environment setups

  as required.
• Support deployment of

  patches, releases, and upgrades

  in coordination with the IT team.
• Maintain and update

  SOPs, knowledge base articles, and incident logs.

• Participate in

  system health checks, backups, and performance monitoring.

• Collaborate with

  business users

  to understand issues and provide functional guidance.
• Ensure compliance with

  banking security and audit standards.

• Assist in

  UAT testing

  , issue validation, and post-production verification.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in

  Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in

  Core Banking System support

  (Level 2 or above).
• Hands-on experience with one or more CBS platforms (e.g.,

  Finacle, T24, Flexcube, Equation, or CoreDirect

  ).
• Good understanding of

  banking operations

  (deposits, loans, GL, payments, etc.).
• Strong skills in

  SQL, Oracle/DB2 databases

  , and

  Unix/Linux environments.

• Experience with

  incident, change, and problem management

  processes (ITIL framework preferred).
• Analytical and troubleshooting abilities with attention to detail.
  
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
