About the Role:
We are looking for a Finacle Application L2 Support Specialist to manage, monitor, and maintain Finacle Core Banking applications. The role involves ensuring application availability, performance, and reliability while handling incidents, problem management, and end-to-end support of Finacle modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• L2 Support for Finacle Core, CRM, SVS, SSO, FI, and C24 modules
• Handling application availability, performance, incident & problem management
• End-to-end execution of EOD/BOD processes
• Resolving deployment issues, debugging, and patch deployment using Finacle APDM
• Monitoring and maintaining Finacle-related services
• Coordination with multiple teams and client interaction
• Ensuring high availability, backup/recovery, and disaster recovery readiness

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Finacle 7x, 10x, 11x versions
• Finacle Integrator, Connect 24, Product APIs
• Customization & debugging (Reports – MRT/Jasper, Batch jobs, Menu customization)
• Oracle SQL / PL-SQL, Unix / Shell scripting
• Knowledge of payment system modules and full module lifecycle

Functional Skills:

• Finacle Core Banking knowledge
• CRM/Admin module (FINFADM/SSOADM)
• Understanding of banking domain and related terminology

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Self-starter, ability to work independently and in teams
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills
