About the Role

We are hiring an Application Developer with strong experience in Java/Spring Boot and hands-on expertise in Orkes Conductor (or Netflix Conductor).
You will work on designing backend services, building automated workflows, integrating microservices, and ensuring the stability and reliability of critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java & Spring Boot
• Build, manage, and optimize workflows in Orkes/Netflix Conductor
• Integrate applications with REST APIs and external services
• Collaborate closely with DevOps, QA, and Product teams
• Write unit, integration, and system tests
• Monitor application performance, identify issues, and troubleshoot failures
• Provide L2/L3 support for Java microservices and Conductor workflows
• Monitor system health and set up alerts/dashboards
• Work with DevOps/SRE for deployment, scaling, and environment stability
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure system uptime

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong expertise in Java (Java 8+)
• Experience with Orkes Conductor / Netflix Conductor
• Hands-on with Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture
• Knowledge of REST APIs, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging systems
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions)
• Strong debugging, performance analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring/logging tools
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
