Job Description

As a Field Service Engineer, your role involves the installation, maintenance, repair, and supervision of Electronic Weighbridges, along with providing support on telephones. You will need to establish and maintain strong business relationships with customers and peers while also handling necessary administrative tasks and other assigned duties. Key Responsibilities: - Perform basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair on designated equipment - Complete Preventative Maintenance and field modifications - Order and manage repair parts as required - Maintain customer service logs and internal service records promptly - Communicate daily with customers for issue resolution and proper follow-up - Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of tools and test equipment - Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental regulatory requirements - Utilize escalation process for resolving customer service issues - Identify and engage in sales opportunities like new contracts and renewals - Work collaboratively within the local team to deliver efficient service to customers in the assigned area - Capable of lifting and carrying a toolbox weighing up to 20 kg Personal Skills: - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Dedication and hardworking nature towards achieving work perfection - Possession of a valid driving license Qualification: - ITI / Diploma in Electronics Location: - Rajkot,
