Role Overview:

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to handle the installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of fire alarm systems, CCTV cameras, PA systems, access control, and other ELV systems at client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, testing, and commissioning of fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and related systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues promptly.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and health check-ups for installed systems.
• Coordinate with the backend support team for system configurations, programming, and documentation.
• Attend AMC calls and ensure timely resolution of faults.
• Maintain proper service reports and update job sheets daily.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain tool/equipment inventory.
• Communicate professionally with clients at site and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• ITI/Diploma/B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or relevant field.
• 1–5 years of hands-on experience in Fire Alarm, CCTV, or ELV system servicing.
• Good knowledge of brands like Honeywell, CP Plus, Bosch, Hikvision, etc.
• Familiarity with wiring, device fixing, panel configuration, and site troubleshooting.
• Should own a two-wheeler (preferred).
• Willing to travel to client sites within Gurgaon and NCR.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, system configuration tools).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
