Respond to and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize customer downtime. Customer Interaction: Liaise with customers to explain installation procedures, offer training on equipment usage, and address any inquiries. Provide after-sales support to ensure long-term customer satisfaction. Documentation & Reporting: Keep accurate records of installations, services performed, and any technical issues encountered. Submit detailed reports on work completed and recommend any improvements needed. Compliance & Safety: Follow all safety protocols during installations and service visits. Ensure that all installations are compliant with relevant regulations and guidelines. Qualifications: Education : High School Diploma or equivalent; a technical diploma or degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is preferred. Experience : 1-3 years of experience in field installation, particularly in the electrical or electronics industry. Familiarity with motor pump sets, automatic controllers, and similar products is an advantage. Skills : Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
