About the Role

As a Field Staff member at PaisaOnClick, you will be responsible for executing key on-ground operations, including customer interaction, data collection, and document verification. This role is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to gain practical experience in a fast-paced field environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits for customer verification, document collection, and survey activities.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, customer interactions, and status updates.
• Ensure timely submission of reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with the operations team to resolve customer or data-related issues.
• Uphold company standards for confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Support additional field initiatives or operational tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Minimum 12th pass; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 0–2 years in field operations, customer service, or related roles (freshers may apply).

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, GPS, and mobile applications.
• Ability to travel locally as part of day-to-day duties.
• Reliability, time management, and attention to detail.

Working Conditions

• Full-time, on-site position requiring local travel within assigned areas.
• Standard working hours, with flexibility based on field assignments.
• Reporting to Field Supervisor or Operations Manager.
