We are expanding rapidly and looking for dynamic Field Staff to drive registrations, provide training and support, and develop business opportunities with members and vendors. Key Responsibilities Registration Support: Assist builders and vendors in completing onboarding and registration on BAI Store (both online and offline). Training & Enablement: Conduct demos, explain platform features, and support members in using the platform effectively. Customer Support: Resolve queries and provide handholding for builders and vendors. Business Development: Promote BAI Store services, identify opportunities, and drive adoption of premium features. Market Feedback & Reporting: Track registrations, gather insights, and support awareness campaigns or local events. Requirements Strong communication skills in English and local language(s). Prior experience in customer service, sales, or field support preferred. Tech-savvy, with ability to explain and train others on mobile apps and digital platforms. Energetic, self-motivated, with a positive attitude and willingness to travel locally. Ability to build trust-based relationships with builders, vendors, and suppliers.
