Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Services Engineer located in Patna, Bihar. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support, Installation and commissioning of Solar Inverter and Online UPS system, and delivering exceptional customer service on-site.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Power Engineering (or related field).1–3 years of experience in servicing solar inverters/UPS systems.Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to travel for service calls.Knowledge of Solar Inverter(On Grid, Off Grid and Hybrid Inverter) and Online UPS is must.
