Field Services Engineer

As a Field Service Engineer/Spoke Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities to meet project objectives. Your duties will include the installation of machines, educating and training customers on machine usage, software, and applications, as well as attending breakdown calls and troubleshooting issues to ensure first-time resolution. Building positive relationships with customers and collecting, recording, and maintaining data are essential aspects of the role. You will closely collaborate with local client centers to achieve project goals and brainstorm with the internal team to address any gaps that may arise. Supporting the operational aspects of product implementation and development will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare institution, with expertise in Health Tech or Public health sectors being highly advantageous. Understanding the healthcare market and possessing strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and IT literacy are essential. Additionally, being a resilient team player who can adapt to changing business priorities, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions, is crucial. The ideal candidate should hold a minimum of an ITI or Diploma qualification and demonstrate the ability to work productively with minimal supervision. Strong communication and customer service skills, experience in troubleshooting and addressing customer concerns, effective time management, and adaptability to changing circumstances are key attributes required for this role. Ethical behavior, trustworthiness, possession of a valid driving license and a bike, as well as proficiency in English and Hindi are also essential.
