Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Services Engineer located in Coimbatore. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for performing installation, maintenance, and repair of robotic systems. This includes troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, and executing preventive maintenance. Additionally, the role involves working closely with customers to ensure satisfaction with our products and services. Qualifications Experience in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support Strong Customer Service skills Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively Technical certification or degree in Engineering or related field Relevant experience in the robotics or automation industry is a plus
