You will be a Field Services Engineer at a Barcode & Rfid solution Provider and Barcode Label/Ribbon Manufacturing Company. Your primary responsibility will be to provide on-site field services for Barcode Printer, Scanner, rfid reader, etc. You will troubleshoot technical issues, offer technical support, perform preventive maintenance on equipment, and deliver exceptional customer service. As a Field Services Engineer, you will visit client sites in Kalyan and all over Maharashtra to diagnose and resolve technical problems, ensure the proper functioning of equipment, and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly. To excel in this role, you should possess strong Field Service and Troubleshooting skills, experience in providing Technical Support, and performing Preventive Maintenance for Barcode Printers. Your Customer Service skills should be top-notch, along with proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment. Your problem-solving abilities will be crucial in resolving technical issues efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective client interactions. You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team. While relevant technical certifications or a degree are not mandatory, practical and technical knowledge is a must for this position.,
