Field Service & Installation Engineers

Role & Responsibilities:

To cater to the expanding sales of machines we are urgently looking for engineers to cater to the field service requirements , installation & commissioning of our machines on ALL INDIA basis. May also be required to travel abroad for installation & commissioning.

Preferred candidate profile

• Mech/Diploma engineers with 2-3 years (Minimum.) experience of field servicing Installation & commissioning of Machinery
• Ready to travel on short Notice
• Ability to quickly trouble shoot and sort out issues on the field / customer factories on service visits.
• Should be confident and good communicator to train customers operation & maintenance teams.

Salary scale:

• Work Time & Days : Mon-Sat : 9:30am to 6pm
• Location: Hydrabad, Mumbai, Chennai & Kolkatta
• IMMEDIATE JOINING (Max: joining time acceptable is 30 days from date of accepting our offer)

Key skills

We are looking for dynamic Services Engineers

• Experience of Machinery Servicing & Installation
• Ability to quickly grasp technical issues & resolve them.
• Ability to communicate with customers and ensure great customer experience .
• Knowledge of Power Tool Machining with carbide inserts will be preferred skill
• Experience: Minimum 3 Years of experience in similar role.
