Key Responsibilities: - Complete technical-oriented service tasks of various scopes and support in planning and managing these tasks. - Perform a broad scope of technical tasks such as installation/commissioning, maintenance, and evaluation of customers" equipment and systems. - Determine priorities of tasks and actions, scheduling measures accordingly. - Support customers both remotely and onsite, providing 2nd and 3rd level user support for any arising issues. - Contribute to or conduct the maintenance and improvement of internal tools, equipment, processes, and data repositories. - Participate in activities for estimation, planning, and review of technical tasks to support overall project acquisition, negotiation, planning, and management. - Adhere to relevant processes and regulations. Qualifications Required: - Experience in technical service tasks related to installation, maintenance, and evaluation of equipment and systems. - Strong ability to prioritize tasks and actions effectively. - Proficiency in providing 2nd and 3rd level user support for technical issues. - Knowledge of maintenance and improvement of tools, equipment, processes, and data repositories. - Familiarity with project acquisition, negotiation, planning, and management processes. - Understanding of relevant processes and regulations in the healthcare industry.
