Job Description

As a qualified engineer for field installation and maintenance in the ongoing Petrol Station Retail Automation Project, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Project handling and management, including coordination with contractors and higher management. - Installation and Commissioning of Automation System at Petrol Stations. - Project maintenance and support, ensuring adherence to project timeline and documenting progress. - Configuration and integration of forecourt devices with the automation system. - Providing client support over phone calls and emails, with the ability to diagnose and resolve problems effectively. - Demonstrating excellent written and verbal Communication Skills in Hindi and the regional language. - Applying your knowledge of electronics and computer network systems to the tasks at hand. - Conducting site visits for installation and problem resolution within a 150 km radius (not limited) of the posting location. Key Skills required for this role include: - Good problem-solving skills in electronics, familiarity with multi-meter functionality, and knowledge of computer and networking. - Proficiency in computer operation and office software. - Familiarity with basic electronics tools and components. - Understanding of computer networking principles. - Basic electrical knowledge and diagnosis skills. - Willingness to travel to various client sites. - Educational background in ITI, Diploma, or any higher education in Electronic, Electrical, or Instrumentation fields.
