Job description ● Technical Support: Provide technical assistance for LED video wall installations and operations. ● Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly. ● Installation and Setup: Assist in the installation and configuration of LED video wall systems. ● Quality Assurance: Ensure products meet quality standards during installation and after service. ● Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of service activities and prepare reports. ● Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to address their concerns and queries. ● Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery. ● Service Request Management: Manage and prioritize customer service requests efficiently. ● Preparation for On-Site Visit: Ensure all tools, equipment, and parts are ready for site visits. ● Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues during on-site visits to ensure client satisfaction. ● No Fear of Heights: Confidently perform tasks at elevated locations as required.
