JD - Service Engineer

• Installation Commissioning for Instruments.
• Onside & offside service providing.
• Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' concerns.
• Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
• Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.
• Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use.
• Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements.
• Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis.

· Responds to clients complaints, evaluates and resolves problems of the customer

· Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment. Analyzes, inspects & reviews findings to determine the solution to the problem that the clients demands.

· Makes recommendations to maintenance technicians & offers feedback on product development, features & functions.

· Maintaining daily communications with clients to ensure resolution and proper follow up.

· Delivering demonstration to ensure that clients are educated on safe and effective equipment use.

· Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.

· Working as a member of the team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area.

· You should also have the following qualifications / have a working knowledge of:

· Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation or a relevant technical subject experience

· Hands-on experience on RS485, RS232 and 4-20mA signals.

· Analytical knowledge must be good and able to calibrate the sensors.

· Perform other duties as assigned or as needed.

· Ability to measure AC and DC voltage & current.

· Installation and wiring knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
