Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key responsibilities

Install& Commission hoists, tower cranes, rope suspended platforms, etc.
Perform preventive & breakdown maintenance.
Diagnose faults in control panels, drives, motors, sensors, and safety devices.
Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with OEM standards.
Provide customer support and on-site operator/ product training.
Prepare service repechnical knowledge of hoists, cranes, reports and maintain documentation.

Skills Required

Strong technical knowledge of hoists, cranes, rope suspended platforms, and ACD systems.
Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot control circuits.
Customer product training capability.
Team leading and coordination skills.
Good communication, reporting and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel and work at height.
