Regional Service Manager - South

As a Regional Service Manager, you will be responsible for the service activities of Passenger Hoist, Tower Cranes in the South region. You will manage a team of service engineers, technicians, and rental staff to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

Role &Responsibilities:-

Responsible for total service activities of Passenger hoists, Tower Cranes in entire South India.

• Sales and Service Activities:

- Manage warranty and field services.

- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and issues.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and service operations.

• Rental Management:

- Oversee rental operations, including equipment availability and allocation.

- Manage rental contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Team Management:

- Lead and manage a team of service engineers, technicians, and Operators.

- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.

- Conduct performance evaluations and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

• Operational Efficiency:

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
