Key Responsibilities: Coordinate coach allocations and conduct quality inspections on installations alongside the Railway team. Oversee team productivity, ensure high-quality workmanship, and ensure proper handling of all materials. Monitor daily attendance and performance of installation and warranty teams. Lead, motivate, and support the team to maintain high morale and performance standards. Maintain and update all project-related documentation regularly. Prepare official correspondence concerning coach allotments, installation updates, and project progress reports. Address queries from Railway authorities promptly and maintain effective communication channels. Manage payment collections from Railway authorities efficiently. Prepare technical documentation necessary for billing and claim submissions. Provide consistent progress reports and updates to management. Draft clear and professional letters and communications. Liaise with government authorities, including Railway licensing and regulatory bodies.
