Educational Qualification:

Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) with specialization in Electronics, Telecommunication, Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Instrumentation, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate coach allocations and conduct quality inspections on installations alongside the Railway team.
• Oversee team productivity, ensure high-quality workmanship, and ensure proper handling of all materials.
• Monitor daily attendance and performance of installation and warranty teams.
• Lead, motivate, and support the team to maintain high morale and performance standards.
• Maintain and update all project-related documentation regularly.
• Prepare official correspondence concerning coach allotments, installation updates, and project progress reports.
• Address queries from Railway authorities promptly and maintain effective communication channels.
• Manage payment collections from Railway authorities efficiently.
• Prepare technical documentation necessary for billing and claim submissions.
• Provide consistent progress reports and updates to management.
• Draft clear and professional letters and communications.
• Liaise with government authorities, including Railway licensing and regulatory bodies.
