Job Description

1. Installation and Setup:

  • Install, set up, and configure equipment or systems at client sites.
  • Ensure that installations comply with specifications and regulations.
  • Provide training to clients on the use and maintenance of the equipment.

2. Maintenance and Repairs:

  • Conduct routine maintenance to ensure the continued functionality of equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during operation.
  • Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components.

3. On-Site Support:

  • Respond promptly to client service calls for technical assistance.
  • Conduct on-site visits to address and resolve technical issues.
  • Collaborate with the client to understand and solve problems.

4. Testing and Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct tests and quality assurance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Document and report any defects or issues identified during testing.

5. Documentation:

  • Maintain detailed records of all service activities, including installations, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Prepare and submit service reports to the management and clients.

6. Customer Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Provide clear and concise instructions and information to clients regarding equipment usage and maintenance.

7. Remote Support:

  • Provide remote support to clients when on-site visits are not necessary.
  • Utilize remote monitoring tools to identify and resolve issues.

8. Upgrades and Modifications:

  • Implement equipment upgrades or modifications as required.
  • Stay informed about the latest technological advancements in the field.

9. Health and Safety Compliance:

  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during on-site visits.
  • Ensure that installations and maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations.

10. Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other departments, including engineering and product development, to provide feedback and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent experience.
  • Technical proficiency in the specific equipment or technology involved.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
