Job Description

As a Sales Executive in our company, you will be responsible for managing sales activities in your assigned territory. Your primary focus will be on acquiring and on-boarding new customers, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving customer engagement. You will play a crucial role in maintaining strong customer relationships, negotiating deals, and showcasing in-depth product knowledge. To excel in this role, you must possess a range of skills including sales strategy, customer relationship management, negotiation, product knowledge, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, time management, and networking capabilities. Your ability to effectively communicate, solve problems, and manage your time efficiently will be key to your success. Your daily responsibilities will include acquiring new customers, collecting and managing customer documents and orders, obtaining necessary building permissions, and ensuring high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction. It will be essential for you to have outbound sales experience, preferably in direct sales, and be familiar with the local territory where you will be operating. Fluency in the local language, strong customer handling and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to influence and articulate effectively, will be critical for this role. In addition to the educational requirement of 10+2 or Diploma (Full time), you should demonstrate competencies such as result orientation, digital savviness, and a proactive approach to relationship management. Your success as a Sales Executive will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the overall growth and success of our organization.,
