Role Description

The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and approaching leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, and providing technical product demonstrations. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales proposals, collaborating with internal teams, providing feedback on customer needs, meeting sales targets, and maintaining detailed records of sales activities.

Qualifications

• Person has to be from the same Transformer Industry and power industry.
• Sales and Relationship Management skills, including lead generation, client engagement, and customer relationship management
• Technical knowledge and the ability to understand and explain industrial vacuum equipment
• Proficiency in communication, including strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills
• Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet sales targets
• Experience with market research and understanding customer requirements
• Prior experience in Filed marketing.
• Willingness to travel for client visits and field activities
