Job Description – ISR (In-Store Representative)

Role Overview

The ISR is responsible for maximizing product visibility, ensuring availability, increasing shelf share, and driving secondary sales for Sweety by MR Group across modern trade, general trade, and key retail outlets in Agra.

This role requires strong product understanding, excellent communication skills, and consistent field execution to strengthen Sweety’s brand presence.

Key Responsibilities1. Product Availability & Stock Management

• Ensure 100% availability of all Sweety products (Sweety Supari, Shahi Sauf, Crunch, Shahi Khajoor, etc.) in assigned outlets.
• Check stock levels, monitor expiry, and coordinate replenishment with Sales Officer.
• Prevent OOS (Out of Stock) situations through timely reporting.

2. Visibility & Merchandising

• Implement planograms, ensure proper shelf placement and maximum shelf share.
• Maintain clean and attractive product displays at counters, racks, and billing areas.
• Install POP material such as danglers, wobblers, table displays, and branding elements.
• Ensure Crunch Mukhwas and other fast-movers get premium visibility.

3. Retailer Relationship & Feedback

• Build strong relationships with retailers, counter boys, and store managers.
• Gather retailer feedback on product movement, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Promote new launches, schemes, and offers.

4. Sales Support & Order Booking

• Support Sales Officer/Distributor team in secondary order collection.
• Identify selling opportunities—especially for impulse products like Crunch & Shahi Sauf.
• Recommend suitable quantities based on day-to-day sales trends.

5. Market Intelligence

• Track competitor visibility, pricing, schemes, and new product activity.
• Share daily updates with SO/ASM for decision-making.

6. Reporting & Documentation

• Submit daily reports (DSR) including outlet coverage, visibility achieved, stock status, and issues.
• Maintain a proper record of:
• Merchandising done
• Stock levels
• Competitor activities
• Route coverage sheet

Candidate RequirementsEducation & Experience

• Minimum 12th pass or Graduate.
• 1–2 years as ISR/Merchandiser in FMCG preferred.
• Experience in mouth freshener / confectionery category is an advantage.

Skills Required

• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Product understanding of Supari, Sauf, Mukhwas, Khajoor-based products, packaging variants, and consumer behaviour.
• Knowledge of Agra market and route geography.
• Ability to execute visibility and merchandising tasks.

Salary Range

₹12,000 – ₹18,000 + Travel Allowance + Incentives
