Job Title: Tele caller Location: Lajpat Nagar, Delhi Company: Sweety by MR Group (Only Female Candidates required) Job Description: Sweety by MR Group is hiring a Tele caller, The ideal candidate must be fluent in Hindi (English proficiency is a plus) and will be responsible for handling direct communication with consumers and distributors . Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to consumers and distributors to promote products and address inquiries. Handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and provide information about products and offers. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors. Keep records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups. Assist in processing orders, complaints, and coordinating with internal teams. Ensure excellent communication and customer satisfaction. Key Requirements: Fluency in Hindi is mandatory (English communication is a plus). 1+ years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools. Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism. Job Type: For a permanent role .
