Field Sales Representative

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales (Loan Sales) position at Hiremore, located in Pune. As a Field Sales professional, your primary responsibilities will include identifying and generating leads, meeting potential clients, and understanding their financial needs. You will play a crucial role in explaining loan products, conducting sales presentations, and effectively closing sales. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and consistently meeting sales targets will be essential aspects of this role. To excel in this position, you should possess proven communication and customer service skills. Strong sales and lead generation abilities are necessary, along with expertise in sales operations and the ability to successfully close sales. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills will be key to establishing rapport with clients and driving successful transactions. The capacity to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team will be critical for achieving sales objectives. While prior experience in the financial or banking industry is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement. However, a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Additionally, having a bike and license is mandatory for this role to facilitate travel and client meetings effectively.,
