Key Responsibilities:

• Visit beauty and cosmetic retail stores across Mumbai on a daily basis
• Introduce Scarlett Cosmetics' product range and communicate key benefits to potential retail partners
• Drive product placement and ensure visibility at partner outlets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers
• Track inventory levels and coordinate timely restocking
• Submit daily sales and visit reports to the Sales Manager
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets to qualify for performance-based incentives

Requirements:

• Must own a two-wheeler (bike) and have a valid driving license
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented
• Prior experience in cosmetics or skincare sales is a strong advantage
• Good understanding of Mumbai’s geography, especially areas between Borivali and Churchgate
• Basic knowledge of beauty products is a plus but not essential
