Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 + Incentives + Travel Allowance (TA) + Mobile Reimbursement

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive sales and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work in a field-based role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct field visits to meet clients and understand their requirements.
• Present and promote products/services to customers.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain sales records and submit regular reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Experience: 1-3 years in field sales (Freshers with strong sales aptitude can also apply).
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Other Requirements: Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
