ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Field Sales Representative at Mecora, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our range of steel windows and doors. This role involves traveling to meet clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to achieve sales targets.

KEY RESULT AREAS

• Identify and approach potential clients to promote Mecora’s products.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and homeowners.

• Conduct site visits and provide product demonstrations.

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable product solutions.

• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and feedback.

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ offerings.

QUALIFICATION

• Proven experience in field sales, preferably in construction materials, doors, windows, or related industries.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (if required).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
