Field Sales (Loan Sales)

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales (Loan Sales) position at Hiremore, located in Pune. As a Field Sales professional, your responsibilities will include identifying and generating leads, meeting potential clients, and understanding their financial needs on a daily basis. You will be required to explain loan products, conduct sales presentations, and close sales. In addition, maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets will be part of your role. Efficiency in sales operations and the ability to close sales are essential. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills are key for building successful client relationships. The capacity to work both independently and as part of a team is crucial for achieving sales targets. While not mandatory, experience in the financial or banking industry would be advantageous.
