The company is AMFI-registered, located in Bahadurgarh (Haryana), and is committed to helping clients invest wisely according to their financial goals. spdcapitalservices.com Job Purpose The Sales Manager will lead the sales efforts to promote and sell the company’s financial products. This includes growing the client base, meeting sales targets, driving revenue growth, and maintaining customer relationships, particularly in the domains of mutual funds and life insurance. Key Responsibilities Identify, approach, and engage prospective clients to sell mutual funds, life insurance, and related financial products. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual targets. Maintain and grow existing client relationships; ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to stay ahead. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and compliance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client servicing. Train and mentor sales staff, if applicable. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipelines. Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Minimum 1-4 years of sales experience in mutual funds and life insurance products. Strong understanding of financial products, investment concepts, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Performance-driven, with the ability to work independently as well as a team. Skills & Attributes Target-oriented with proven track record in achieving sales goals. Professional demeanor, high integrity, and client-centric mindset. Good analytical skills for understanding product performance and client suitability. Ability to build trust quickly with clients. Flexible to travel / field work if required.
