Clean Energy Sales & Growth Executive

to accelerate adoption of residential and commercial energy solutions through field-led sales and relationship-driven engagement. This role focuses on converting qualified leads, unlocking new customer segments, and building long-term value through consultative selling and post-sale support.You'll work directly with customers on the groundunderstanding their energy requirements, recommending tailored solutions, and driving sustainable revenue growth.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Field Sales & Revenue Growth

Conduct on-site visits with inbound and outbound leads to assess customer requirements and close sales.Identify and pursue new customer opportunities across residential and commercial segments.Own sales targets for assigned territories and consistently drive conversions.

Customer Engagement & Solution Advisory

Understand customer energy usage, cost concerns, and future needs.Recommend customized clean energy solutions along with relevant add-ons and services.Educate customers on product value, savings potential, and long-term benefits.

Channel & Market Expansion

Identify and onboard new referral sources, influencers, and channel partners.Build local networks to increase brand visibility and lead flow.Support partnerships that contribute to consistent pipeline generation.

Sales Operations & CRM Ownership

Manage the complete sales lifecycle using CRM and sales tracking tools.Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, follow-ups, and closures.Track conversion metrics and provide regular updates on pipeline health.

Customer Experience & Retention

Act as a trusted point of contact throughout and after the sales process.Coordinate post-sale support to ensure smooth onboarding and high satisfaction.Proactively suggest service improvements and upsell opportunities to enhance customer lifetime value.

Marketing & Team Collaboration

Support on-ground marketing activities, events, and local promotions.Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitor intelligence with internal teams.Actively participate in sales reviews and performance discussions.

What Will Make You Successful

Experience in

B2C field sales

, solution selling, or consultative sales roles.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset.Comfort working in field-based roles with ownership of end-to-end sales outcomes.Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes.Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to grow in the clean energy space.
