About the Role :
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to build client relationships, and a passion for achieving sales targets. This role involves on-ground sales visits, lead generation, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Visit potential customers to promote and sell company products/services.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through field visits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Conduct product presentations and explain service offerings clearly.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and reports.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
1–3 years of experience in manufacturing operations, production, or industrial automation preferred.
Strong customer relationship
Proven 1–4 years of experience in field sales or similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Basic knowledge of MS Office; CRM tools, LinkedIn, preferred.
